I find myself to be a very plain individual. I come to class, take notes, and leave without ever being detected. I figured a picture post with a gangster beanie, silver grill, and bandana would help me stand out a little more. Even though I don’t dress like that on a day-to-day basis, I hope when I walk into class you will think…”Hey that was the kid with the super “hood rat” picture on his blog! His name must be Dusty.” As the semester goes on you may notice my preference in seating to change. Yes Dr. Cooper I am single and even though my success rate is very low, I due tend to meet girls in class from time to time. It never happens how I want it, but I have my fingers crossed for the group assignments.

Most consider me your “class A” typical jock. I love to exercise, play pick up soccer games, and join the occasional intramural basketball team. I am very competitive and don’t like to lose. I also am very quick to apologize and find myself doing it quite frequently after pick-up games. Besides sports, I also love to read. My theory on reading is this: If you aren’t better off after you read it don’t read it. I read lots of biographies and also business books. My favorite is to read the success stories of those who once were nothing and since have done great things. The PR department has broadened my reading a little bit and now find myself reading the news quite frequently. Most of my reading is on the Internet, but I have subscribed to the Salt Lake Tribune for one of my classes.

Sadly, I don’t really have a place I call home. I was born in Salt Lake, but since have lived in Elko NV, Albuquerque NM, Mesquite NV, and Cedar City UT. Even though moving was tough, I am grateful for all the experiences. I have learned to make new friends and how to adjust to a new environment. I also find myself to be more tolerant and understanding of other people. I am slow to judge and quick to be your friend.
